Thank you so much for the lovely hamper I have received. I am so pleased with it and the contents. The mince pies are delicious and the crisp breads were perfect with the Christmas cheese board. The spice blend sounds amazing and we will be having that on some roast potatoes with a bit of paprika chicken. We had a look on the bims kitchen website about the chilli coconut relish and came across a recipe for stir fried prawns with the relish and it sound amazing so we will be trying that. Once again thank you so much and happy new year to you.
